The Lowlands deliver an ethereal sound grounded in nature by singer Ella Hunt's stunning lyricism. Though it seems relevant to mention they share members with a number of Canberra bands, notably Azim Zain & His Lovely Bones and Helena Pop, The Lowlands have mastered a style unlike any of the aforementioned projects. They're very aptly self described as a 'care package of jazz, blues, and folk'.

We've been sitting on this session (for just a little too long), with the filming taking place last winter while the band were on tour with Tim Rogers. Shout out to Ben & Kirsty for letting us use their cosy little backyard.
